On warm sunny days (welcome to Brazil! Most of our days are sunny and warm) nobody likes to be stuck in the office. People flock out of their offices to head anywhere that they can take solace in the warm sunshine.
Meet our teamWe want us to be able to produce our best work here at Plano Bê. That is why we wear whatever clothing we like, start work late in the morning (or do not work in the office at all), and play video games whenever we need a break.
Our headquarter is located in Franca-SP (we have several employees that work remotely), but we are about to move to the trendy São Paulo market area (just to have more cool places to eat and play after work). Our office in Franca is going to become a satellite office, where our team can rest, and have more conducive environment for creative work.
